KIT Wellness and Aesthetics is woman-owned and operated offering ketamine infusion therapy and market-leading aesthetics services. Patients can find us in our clinic space in Banker’s Hill, downtown San Diego, and we also offer a mobile option to perform procedures in the comfort of patients’ homes.

  • Haleigh Kotter, MD

    Haleigh Kotter, MD is the Medical Director and founding partner of KIT Wellness and Aesthetics.

    Dr. Kotter is a board certified Emergency Physician based in San Diego. She received her undergraduate, medical and residency training from UCLA. Dr. Kotter has worked in the medical field since 2006 and her dedication to improving the wellbeing of her patients has only deepened with time.

    Dr. Kotter recognized the increasing need for improved mental healthcare in her community at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic when she saw rising numbers of both patients and colleagues in the Emergency Department desperately seeking help for their mental health. Patients had months long waits to see their psychiatrist, therapist, or other mental health professional while many felt that the typical treatment modalities and medications were failing to relieve their symptoms.

    Dr. Kotter sought to bring relief to many of these patients by establishing a wellness center offering ketamine infusions for the treatment of refractory depression, PTSD, anxiety and other mood disorders.

    Dr. Kotter has also become well-versed in aesthetics procedures and aims to offer only the most advanced treatments for patients.

  • Mimi Kotter

    Mimi Kotter is the Director of Business Development and founding partner of KIT Wellness and Aesthetics.

    Mimi graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies. She found her passion in marketing and pursued her career in the energy and creative industries, then ultimately landed in medical device. Mimi decided to return to school to learn more about other areas of business and graduated with an MBA from UC San Diego.

    She discovered her true passion involves helping people through teaching, motivating, and bringing awareness to issues and solutions. Her interest in psychedelic assisted therapies and curiosity in natural-looking and regenerative aesthetics lead her to become a founding partner of KIT Wellness and Aesthetics.
